All pieces are made to order with great care and attention to detail. Lead time is typically 2-3 weeks unless otherwise noted. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking once your order is ready to ship.

Standard shipping is free on all US orders, includes tracking and insurance and will require a signature.

Due to the nature of the handmade business, returns are not accepted. Please ask any questions you may have before placing your order. If in the rare case you are not in love with your purchase I am happy to offer an exchange or store credit. 

Custom work, personalized jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for an exchange, jewelry must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.
