FAQ

How do I care for and clean my jewelry?

Siri Hansdotter Jewelry is designed to be worn, loved, and to last lifetimes. When you're not wearing it, take care to store your jewelry in a safe dry place.

To clean your jewelry use mild soap and a soft toothbrush to gently loosen debris, rinse and dry thoroughly.

Do you offer repairs?

We offer repairs all Siri Hansdotter Jewelry only. Email us with a description of your repair needs.

Can you work with my heirloom stones?

Most often, yes! We can usually work with your heirloom stones and can reuse your gold and silver. Email to inquire.

Can you reuse my gold?

Yes! We can melt down your heirloom gold and cast into a new design. We keep your gold completely separate to ensure quality and traceability of our fairmined gold casting grain. Reusing your gold does not offer a price break, and occasionally may incur an additional fee. It is a great way to keep heirloom gold if it is sentimental.

Alternatively we can offer credit for your gold toward a new piece. Gold scrap is weighed and credited at 80% market value.

Can you resize my ring?

Rings are made to order in your size unless otherwise noted. Please take the time to get an accurate ring size before you order. Resizing fees range from $40-$120 depending on the design. Some rings with softer stones are not resizeable, but most are. If you need help finding your ring size send us an email.

When will my order ship?

Each piece is carefully made to order. Allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship + shipping time.

For custom jewelry projects allow 4-8 weeks depending on the design.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our very small and tidy business, all pieces are made to order the slow and careful way. With the exception of custom and FINAL SALE items, we offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt. We are not able to offer refunds.
